It features an aluminum LED channel that installs flush with tiled surfaces, paired with a custom-molded silicone LED strip that fits perfectly into the aluminum profile. The LED strip completely fills the profile, eliminating the need for a separate diffuser or cover and preventing water from getting trapped. The kit also includes two soft plastic end caps, which can be used to close off the ends of the aluminum profile if the length of the components needs to be adjusted

Installation instructions
For safety and reliability, Wired4Signs USA recommends that you use trained and qualified professionals to install your LED lighting. These are the basic steps for installing the Nicho Series LED light kit:- Select and purchase the kit length to match your installation, or a longer length if the exact length is not available.
- Test your LED strip with your chosen the power supply before beginning the installation.
- If necessary, cut the aluminum channel to the length of your chosen installation with a saw. Read our instructions for cutting LED profiles to learn how.
- If necessary, cut the silicon LED strip with a utility knife on the first marked increment shorter than the length of the channel. Make sure to cut the opposite end of the strip to where the wires are attached.
- Place the LED strip against the aluminum channel and mark the channel where the wiring will to pass through. Move the LED strip away and drill through the channel on the mark with a 1/4" drill.
- Fit the LED strip into the aluminum channel.
- If necessary, trim the end blanks with a utility knife so that they fill the remaining space in the channel.
- Remove the LED strip and end blanks from the channel.
- Install the aluminum channel along with your tiles. We suggest that you secure the aluminum channel in position on the substrate with screws before installing the tiles.
- Allow the tiling installation to cure before proceeding with the remainder of the installation.
- Install the LED strip and end blanks, passing the wiring through the hole in the profile. For very wet areas such as shower cubicles, we recommend applying a silicone sealer in the area of the wiring hole to ensure water cannot pass through.
- Complete the electrical wiring from the reverse side of the wall.
- Switch on and enjoy your beautiful LED tile lights.
Important notes
- ORGANIC SILICON is used for Neon Flex which is not resistant to UV rays. Direct exposure to solar radiation may cause discoloration. Color Neon can be specially ordered in white silicon which will not fade in direct sunlight.
