Light Happiness Refund and Return Policy

• New items: Must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
• Defective items: If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately (within 30 days) with photos or videos of the defect.
• Wrong items: If you receive an item different from what you ordered, please contact us immediately (within 30 days).

2. Initiating a Return:

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1. 1. Contact Us: Contact us within 30 days of delivery via info@lighthappiness.com or +1347 499 6183. Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
   2. Return Authorization (RA) Number: We will issue a Return Authorization (RA) number and provide further instructions, including the return shipping address. Do not ship the item back without an RA number.
   3. Packaging: Securely package the item(s) in their original packaging, if possible. Include all original tags, accessories, and any paperwork.
   4. Shipping: Ship the package within 14 days of receiving the RA number. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We offer free return shipping for returns due to defective products or errors on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped). For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
   5. Confirmation: Once we receive your return, we will send you a confirmation email.

      Upon receiving your returned item(s) and verifying their condition, we will process your refund within 14 business days. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method.

3. Return Shipping Costs:

• Customer Pays: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping
• Free Returns (Conditional): We offer free return shipping for returns due to defective products or errors on our part. For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs

4. Refunds:

Once we receive your returned item(s) and verify their condition, we will process your refund within 14 days business days. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method.

• • Refund Amount: You will be refunded the full purchase price of the item(s) returned, less any original shipping costs (unless free shipping was offered).
  • Damaged or Missing Items: If the returned item is received damaged or missing parts, we may deduct a reasonable amount from your refund.

4. Exchanges:

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the unwanted item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
